If you deposited on a Monday and the "¡Lunes Recargado!" bonus did not arrive in your account, was not credited, or does not appear available to play with, the most common reason is that you did not select the promotion before confirming the deposit — this step is manual and cannot be activated retroactively.
Other reasons why the bonus may not have been credited:
- You had another active bonus at the time of the deposit.
- The deposit was less than CLP 25,000.
- You had already used the promotion that same Monday (applies once per customer and per deposit).
Wagering requirement and how much you can withdraw from the bonus:
The "¡Lunes Recargado!" bonus has a 10x wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the balance generated can be converted into withdrawable balance.
Once the wagering requirement has been met, you can convert only an amount equivalent to 100% of the bonus received into withdrawable balance, up to a maximum of CLP 50,000. Any balance generated above that 100% cannot be converted into withdrawable balance, even if you won more while playing with the bonus.
Example of how withdrawable balance is calculated
If you deposit CLP 25,000 and receive a CLP 12,500 bonus, and generate CLP 30,000 in winnings while playing with that bonus, once you meet the wagering requirement, you can convert up to CLP 12,500 into withdrawable balance (100% of the bonus received). The remaining CLP 17,500 cannot be converted into withdrawable balance.
